Phone Spot is a full-featured service booking platform tailored for mobile phone repair businesses. Built using React for the frontend and Laravel for the backend, it allows customers to seamlessly browse services, select a repair type, and schedule a time slot that fits their needs. Once a booking is placed, both the customer and the client (admin) receive automatic notifications with full booking details. The admin dashboard enables full control over service types, schedule slots, and customer communications. Whether it’s a cracked screen or battery replacement, Phone Spot streamlines the repair process with digital convenience, automation, and mobile-first design.
Challenges
- The client needed a platform to modernize their walk-in-only repair shop. The goal was to allow users to book repairs online and reduce missed appointments through automated confirmations.
